Your booking is not confirmed until we have received your payment. You will receive a confirmation email that payment has been processed. If a more detailed receipt is needed, please email info@codwarscle.com.

A full refund will be given if the organizer cancels the event.

By purchasing tickets you agree to be sent emails related to the event or services related to the event, from the event organizer.

If requested, we can provide hotel recommendations, but are not involved in securing housing or the terms thereof for event participants.

When participating in our events we may take photographs of the event. These photos might be published on our website for informational use. Please let us know if you wish to not be shown in any photographs.

We will not sell or give to third party marketers any data collected from event participants. We may, however, contact you after the event to solicit feedback on the event.
